01 / YouCoinX

The starting point

YouCoinX began by exploring a relationship between digital value, participation and personal achievement. The question went beyond presenting a token: what could people and organizations build around this idea?

That meant working on the concept and its rules, as well as how to explain them. The proposal needed consistency across identity, website, whitepaper and economic design.

02 / What I built

Designing an ecosystem around people.

I conceived YouCoinX around the YCNX token and the proposed Milestone Evolution System, or MES. MES describes infrastructure for organizations to create recognition, reward and progression experiences.

The work brought ecosystem design, documentation, visual identity and a digital presence together. This case covers that concept and its public deliverables; MES remains explicitly a proposal in development.

03 / Capabilities and deliverables

Capabilities and deliverables

01

Ecosystem proposal

A narrative connecting people, organizations, participation and recognition around YCNX.

02

Documented economic model

Tokenomics describing distribution, allocations, growth mechanisms and governance in a dedicated document.

03

Whitepaper

A document developing the thesis, concepts and relationship between the token and the Milestone Evolution System.

04

Brand and website

Identity, visual language, content and a public website presenting the proposal and its documentation.

04 / Decisions that shaped it

Decisions that shaped it

01

Consider what the ecosystem enables

MES extends the idea to experiences organizations could build on shared infrastructure, such as recognition and progression programs.

02

Economic design as part of the product

Distribution and operating rules were developed alongside the proposed use and communication, rather than as secondary material.

03

Separate the thesis from operation

Documenting a possibility does not establish adoption or operational readiness. The case distinguishes the public website and documents from MES infrastructure still in development.

05 / My contribution

Individual conception and execution

Brand and visual identity

Design is part of what I build.

I also created the project's brand and visual language. Identity, interface and communication developed alongside the idea and its implementation.

What the work made possible

A proposal expressed through a public identity, website, whitepaper and tokenomics. The MES vision is documented as the ecosystem's next development.

Access and availability

Open website and documents. The Milestone Evolution System remains in development.
