The starting point
Company operations extend beyond sales tracking. People need to know who is doing what, how activities relate to projects and where to find the information needed to do the work.
The Intranet brings that context together: people, projects, activities, documents, partners and capabilities, with access aligned to corporate identity.
02 / What I built
Connecting work, people and knowledge.
I built an internal portal combining operational management and information organization. Projects relate to teams, work packages and activity records, while corporate content has its own publishing structure.
CRM integration links commercial activities to opportunities, connecting recorded work to its business context. The Intranet is one of the three environments in the ecosystem presented through Intelligence Hub.

Distinguish content from execution
Reading an announcement and recording work are different needs. Both have a place without reducing the portal to a noticeboard.
Organize work by context
Activities linked to projects, teams and work packages make it possible to understand effort within the structure where it occurred.
Connect without duplicating sales ownership
The CRM remains responsible for opportunities. The Intranet uses references and authorized context to relate them to recorded work.
